PRIVACY NOTICE

bztickets.com

Effective date: August 24, 2026

This Notice explains what information we collect when you use bztickets.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you live in a state with a comprehensive privacy law, please also read our U.S. State Privacy Notice, which supplements this one.

1.  Who we are

bztickets.com is operated by BEZALEL ENTERTAINMENT INC, a Florida corporation trading as BZTICKETS, of 3121 W Hallandale Beach Blvd, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009. We are responsible for the personal information described in this Notice.

This Notice covers our website. It does not cover the venues at which our events take place, which handle any information they collect under their own policies.

2.  Information you give us

When you buy a ticket we ask for your first name, last name, email address and telephone number. We also keep a record of your order, including the event, the number of tickets, the seats and the amount paid.

If you contact us with a question or a refund request, we keep that correspondence.

If you select a wheelchair accessible seat, we record that the seat was booked. We do not ask you for information about your disability or your needs.

3.  Information we collect automatically

When you visit the site we automatically collect technical information including your IP address, device type, browser, operating system, the pages you view, the time and date of your visit, and the site you came from. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 5.

4.  Information from other sources

Our payment provider, Stripe, tells us whether a payment succeeded and gives us limited details such as the type of card and the last four digits. Stripe does not give us your full card number.

Our advertising and analytics providers give us aggregated reports about how people find and use the site.

5.  Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:

-  Necessary - to make the site work, keep your basket, and process your payment securely. These cannot be switched off.

-  Analytics - to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics for this.

-  Advertising - to measure the performance of our advertising and to show you advertisements for our events on other platforms. We use the Meta pixel and similar advertising technologies for this.

When you first visit the site you will be shown a banner allowing you to accept or reject analytics and advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the link in the footer of the site. Rejecting these categories will not prevent you from buying a ticket.

6.  How we use your information

We use your information to:

-  process your order, issue your ticket and confirm your purchase;

-  contact you about your order, including if an event is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled;

-  process refunds;

-  answer your questions and provide customer support;

-  tell the venue how many accessible seats have been sold and where they are, without identifying you;

-  prevent fraud, automated purchasing and abuse of ticket limits, and to keep the site secure;

-  understand how the site is used and improve it;

-  send you information about our events, where you have agreed to receive it; and

-  comply with our legal and tax obligations.

7.  Who we share your information with

We share your information with:

-  Stripe, which processes your payment;

-  Eventobot, which builds and operates the ticketing platform on our behalf;

-  our email, SMS and messaging providers, which deliver our communications to you;

-  Google and Meta, in connection with analytics and advertising, as described in Section 8;

-  venues, to the limited extent described in Section 6, and without identifying you;

-  our professional advisers, where necessary; and

-  law enforcement or other authorities where we are legally required to do so, or where necessary to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

If our business is sold or merged, customer information may transfer to the buyer as part of that transaction.

8.  Advertising, and what we do and do not do with your data

We do not sell your personal information. We have never done so and we do not intend to.

We do use advertising and analytics tools, including the Meta pixel and Google Analytics. These tools receive information about your activity on our site, and the companies that provide them may use that information to show you advertisements for our events on their own platforms and elsewhere. Under the privacy laws of some states this is called "sharing" your personal information, or "targeted advertising," even though no money changes hands.

You can opt out. Reject advertising cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, or use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of the site at any time. We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sends one.

9.  Marketing messages

We will send you emails and text messages about our events only if you have agreed to receive them. Agreeing is never a condition of buying a ticket.

You can stop marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. You can stop text messages by replying STOP to any message. We will act on your request promptly. We will still send you messages about an order you have placed, such as your ticket or a notice that an event has been cancelled.

These do not identify any individual and we keep them indefinitely for our own planning and reporting. We take reasonable steps to keep this information in a form that cannot be linked back to a person, we do not attempt to re-identify it, and we require anyone we share it with to do the same.

11.  How we protect your information

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your information. All traffic between your browser and our site is encrypted. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it for their role, and administrative access requires authentication. Card payments are handled by Stripe, so full card numbers do not reach our systems.

No website or system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send to us.

12.  Children

The site is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 to buy a ticket or hold an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

13.  Where your information is held

Our ticketing platform is hosted on servers located in Finland, and some of our service providers are located in other countries. Wherever your information is held, it is protected by this Notice and by our contracts with those providers.

Our events take place in the United States. If you are buying from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be processed in the United States and in the countries where our providers operate.

14.  Your choices and rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You may opt out of marketing at any time, and you may opt out of advertising cookies as described in Section 8.

If you live in a state with a comprehensive privacy law, our U.S. State Privacy Notice sets out your rights in more detail and explains how to exercise them.

We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

15.  Changes to this Notice

We may update this Notice. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make a significant change we will bring it to your attention on the site or by email.
